Arizona Parallel Inspector Academy (APIA), powered by Premier Inspector Group, was created to raise the standard of what it means to be a home inspector in Arizona. Founded by working inspectors who believe in mentorship over memorization, APIA delivers hands-on, state-compliant training designed to produce inspectors who are not only technically proficient, but also business-ready.
Our academy blends your 87 hours of in-class education with 30 real-world, mentor-led parallel inspections—each grounded in the Arizona Standards of Practice. But we don’t stop at checklists. We teach communication, branding, and relationship-based sales through proven frameworks like NEPQ, empowering future inspectors to confidently launch and grow their own businesses.
